As an investor with 25 years experience in buying and selling real estate, I have dealt with many realtors over the years. I was introduced to Carol Kline several months ago when I called on one of her listings in Raymond.
Several things impressed me about Carol right from the start. First, she took my call – though that may sound odd, oftentimes when I call on a listing, my call is answered by an answering machine or voicemail, and most times I don’t even get a return call, so getting a ‘live’ person on the other end of the phone was great! Next, after asking her a few questions about her listing, I decided it probably wouldn’t work for me, and told her so. Carol, was insistent that I should come check out the property anyway, which I did the next day – because of Carol, I ended up buying that property.
Just over a month ago, I had recommended one of Carol’s listings to a friend of mine that was looking to buy a home. I had met my friend at the property, and Carol was already there. While my friend was looking at the home, Carol shared with me that a local bank was offering an incentive package to qualified buyers in this ‘down’ market. My friend decided to keep looking, but because of what Carol said, I ended up buying the home – that deal had some up’s and down’s and Carol was right there pulling the deal back together and it closed.
Since I’ve met Carol, I’ve recommended her to several people I know, both buyers and sellers. I just can’t recommend her enough … many brokers that I’ve done business with offer the very minimum just to make sure that the deal closes and they get a check. Carol stands out here also … it is because of her ‘working’ her listings and pending sales that she makes difficult sales happen that would otherwise, most likely, fall apart.
I won’t hesitate to recommend Carol to both sellers and buyers, as an agent that will represent her clients with her best, showing integrity and honesty in her dealings.

My husband and I purchased our first home in November and though I am educated in this field as a housing counselor I am very glad we chose to work with Carol Kline of the Kline Team. We first met Carol at an open house in late spring for a home that was just perfect but at that time we were still feeling out the waters and seeing what types of homes were around in the areas we were considering. That home sold very quickly I think in 11 days wow, which was impressive in this market. We knew we liked Carol right away. She was different than any of the other brokers we had met at open houses; she was genuinely interested in us and what we were looking for and provided information about the different areas we were considering. She took our information and as she heard of properties that she thought we would like over the next several months she would e-mail them to me. We then met her again at another open house that we looked at twice and she still had that same personal connection with us that she had at the first house of hers we looked at. She continued to keep in touch with us during those next few months even though we were not her clients and she knew we were just in the looking stage of the game. We had no rush to buy a home; we were taking our time. When we decided we wanted to take the next step and actually buy a wonderful home we knew we wanted to work with Carol. We will choose to work with Carol again and again if we ever decide to move, which unfortunately for Carol, she did her job so well that we may never move!
